Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 18-3-12, which governs standards for the control of larger pine shoot beetles, by adding Switzerland County to the state quarantine for larger pine shoot beetles.
