TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Agency Correction LSA Document #13-339(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #13-339(F), posted at 20140827-IR-675130339FRA:

(1) In 675 IAC 13-2.6-31, delete the text of subsections (c) though (e) and redesignate the remaining subsections accordingly.

(2) In 675 IAC 13-2.6-34, after subsection (c) insert:

"(d) Delete Section 3401.4 in its entirety without substitution.

(e) Delete Section 3401.5 in its entirety without substitution.

(f) Delete Section 3401.6 in its entirety without substitution."

and redesignate the remaining subsections accordingly.
