TITLE 810 INDIANA PROFESSIONAL LICENSING AGENCY

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #15-373

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 810 IAC to establish requirements for listing supporting organizations that certify certain individuals and for listing those individuals so certified on the State Registration of Privately Certified Individuals. Public comments are invited and may be directed to the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Attention: Michael A. Minglin, J.D., General Counsel, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 or by e-mail to [e-mail]. Statutory authority: IC 25-1-18-19.
