Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 4, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., at 140 North Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Library and Historical Board will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Indiana's public library standards.

The proposed rule clarifies and reduces the overall regulatory requirements contained in the existing public library standards. The proposed rule does not impose any new costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana State Library, 140 North Senate Avenue and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
