Notice of Rule Adoption LSA Document #09-928

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #09-928, posted at 20100512-IR-405090928PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on October 19, 2010. This rule amends 405 IAC 5-9-1 and 405 IAC 5-25-2 to correct conflicting language regarding the number of allowable office visits per calendar year. The rule change will conform all IAC references to the number of allowable office visits to 30 per calendar year, per recipient, per provider without prior authorization. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on May 12, 2010.
