TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-668

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 312 IAC 8-2-17 to govern the use of Redbird State Riding Area and the use of Interlake State Recreation Area. Restructures definitions used in 312 IAC 8 governing the use of DNR properties, as well as a cross-reference to the definition of "license" in 312 IAC 1-1-23. Makes other technical changes.
