    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 844 IAC 4-4.5-12 to increase from seven to 10 the number of years allowed in which to pass all three steps of the USMLE. Decreases the number of attempts an applicant may have to pass the USMLE from five to three for each step. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
