Under IC 13-18-2-3, notice is hereby given that on November 14, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. EST, at the Harrison County Courthouse, 300 North Capitol Avenue, County Commissioners and Councils Room (First Floor), Corydon, Indiana, the Water Pollution Control Board will hold a public meeting on the Updated List of Impaired Waters under Section 303(d) of the CWA.

At this meeting, IDEM will present the Draft 2008 303(d) List to the Water Pollution Control Board meeting, which will be open to the public and will provide the public an opportunity to discuss the list. Any person having water quality data to support or refute the listing of a specific waterbody or to add a waterbody to the list will be able to provide that information to IDEM during the public meeting. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the Draft 2008 303(d) List. Oral statements will be heard, but, for the accuracy of the record, all comments should be submitted in writing.
