Agency Correction LSA Document #14-57(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #14-57(F), posted at 20140917-IR-345140057FRA:

(1) In 345 IAC 2.5-3-2(b)(3), after "subsections", delete "(d) through (h)" and insert "(c) through (g)".

(2) In 345 IAC 2.5-3-2(b)(4), after "subsection", delete "(i)" and insert "(h)".

(3) In 345 IAC 2.5-3-2(c), after "subsection", delete "(c)" and insert "(b)".

(4) In 345 IAC 2.5-3-2(d), after "subsection", delete "(c)" and insert "(b)".
