Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 16, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., at the office of the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board, Harrison Building, Conference Room 118, 143 West Market Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board (IEERB) will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 560 of the Indiana Administrative Code. The proposed rule amends 560 IAC 2-1-2 concerning definitions applicable throughout 560 IAC 2 and adds 560 IAC 2-8 to explain and implement the compliance review of collective bargaining agreements between school employers and the exclusive representatives as required by IC 20-29-6-6.1.

The proposed rules do not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
