TITLE 355 STATE CHEMIST OF THE STATE OF INDIANA

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #09-812

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Chemist of the State of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 355 IAC 7 to specify training and certification of applicators of fertilizer materials. Establishes the purpose and applicability of the article, provides definitions of terms used in the credentialing requirements to distribute and use fertilizer materials, while providing the standards and procedures to become certified to distribute or use fertilizer materials. Statutory authority: IC 15-16-2-44.
