TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Agency Correction LSA Document #16-452(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 405 IAC 1-1-2(a), after "subsections (b)", delete "through" and insert "and".

(2) In 405 IAC 1-1-2(b), delete "In the event the office implements" and insert "If a member is participating in".

(3) In 405 IAC 1-1-2(f), after "Failure to do so", delete "would" and insert "shall".

(4) In 405 IAC 1-1-3(a), delete "470 IAC 1-4" and insert "405 IAC 1-1.5".

(5) In 405 IAC 1-1-3(c), after "Medicaid covered service and", delete "then" and insert "is"; after "subsequently", delete "is"; and, after "eligible," delete "retroactive to the date of service or before,".

(6) In 405 IAC 1-1-3(h), delete "[restricted] Medicaid card" and insert "restricted status"; and, delete "section 2" and insert "section 6".

(7) In 405 IAC 1-1-15(e)(1), after "Marion County", delete "Circuit".

(8) In 405 IAC 1-1-15(e)(3) [405 IAC 1-1-15(e)(2)], after "Marion County", delete "Circuit".

(9) In 405 IAC 1-1-15(i), delete "470 IAC 1-4" and insert "405 IAC 1-1.5".

(10) In 405 IAC 1-1-16(a), delete "Indiana Comprehensive Health Insurance Association plans,".

(11) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-1(a), delete "providers licensed by the Indiana state department of health and enrolled as Medicaid providers" and insert "agencies".

(12) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-2(b), delete the text of subsection (b) and redesignate the remaining subsections accordingly.

(13) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-2(c), delete ""Home health agency" or"; after ""HHA" means", delete "an" and insert "a home health"; after "agency", insert "as defined in IC 12-15-34-1 that is"; delete "care" and insert "services"; and, before "enrolled as a provider", insert "is".

(14) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-2(d), delete "recipients" and insert "members".

(15) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-2(e), delete "home health agency" and insert "HHA".

(16) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-3(a), delete "HHA providers" and insert "HHAs".

(17) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-3.1(a), [in all seven (7) places it appears] delete "provider" and insert "HHA".

(18) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-3.1(b), [in both places it appears] delete "provider" and insert "HHA".

(19) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-3.1(c), [in all three (3) places it appears] delete "provider" and insert "HHA".

(20) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-3.1(d), [in all three (3) places it appears] delete "provider" and insert "HHA".

(21) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(a), delete "Home health agencies" and insert "HHAs".

(22) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(a)(1), delete "provider" and insert "HHA".

(23) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(b)(1), delete "HHA providers" and insert "HHAs"; and, delete "provider" and insert "HHA".

(24) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(b)(2), delete "HHA providers" and insert "HHAs".

(25) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(d)(1), delete "HHA providers" and insert "HHAs".

(26) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(d)(2), delete "HHA providers" and insert "HHAs".

(27) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(f), [in both places it appears] delete "HHA providers" and insert "HHAs".

(28) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(g), delete "provider's" and insert "HHA's"; and, after "Home Health Agency Market Basket index", insert "as published quarterly by Global Insight".

(29) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(i), delete "home health agencies" and insert "HHAs".

(30) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-4(k)(2), [in both places it appears] delete "provider" and insert "HHA".

(31) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-5(2), delete "providers of services" and insert "HHAs".

(32) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-6(a), after "separately from other home health", delete "agency"; and, after "provided by", delete "a home health agency" and insert "an HHA".

(33) In 405 IAC 1-4.2-6(d), delete "provider's" and insert "HHA's".

(34) In 405 IAC 1-8-3 [405 IAC 1-8-3(e)], move "Reimbursement for the technical component of radiology procedures shall be based on the Indiana Medicaid physician fee schedule rates for the radiology services technical component." to a new subsection (f) and redesignate the remaining subsections accordingly.

(35) In 405 IAC 1-10.5-2, delete the text of subsection (b) and redesignate the remaining subsections accordingly.

(36) In 405 IAC 1-11.5-1(c)(12), delete "listed in 405 IAC 5-21-1(c)(4) and 405 IAC 5-21-1(c)(6)" and insert "listed in 405 IAC 5-21.5-1(c), or an individual who has documented education, training, or experience, comparable or equivalent to those listed in this subsection, as approved by the supervising physician or HSPP, under the supervision of a psychiatrist, a physician, or a licensed psychologist or a psychologist endorsed as a health service provider in psychology (HSPP)".

(37) In 405 IAC 1-11.5-2, delete the text of subsection (g) and redesignate the remaining subsection accordingly.

(38) In 405 IAC 1-12-23(a), [in the first two (2) places it appears] after "routine", delete "and nonroutine"; and, [in the first two (2) places it appears] after "medical", insert "and nonmedical".

(39) In 405 IAC 1-18-1(d), delete the text of subsection (d) and redesignate the remaining subsection accordingly.

(40) In 405 IAC 1-18-2(c)(2), delete "coinsurance and deductible" and insert "cost-sharing costs described in 42 U.S.C. 1396d(p)(3)(B) through 42 U.S.C. 1396d(p)(3)(D)".

(41) In 405 IAC 1-21-2, delete "470 IAC 3-13" and insert "465 IAC 2-11".
