    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Grain Buyers and Warehouse Licensing Agency intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 824 IAC 2-4-1 concerning application form. Amends 824 IAC 2-4-3 concerning fees. Amends 824 IAC 2-4-4 concerning bond; irrevocable letter of credit; cash deposit. Amends 824 IAC 2-4-5 concerning amended licenses. Amends 824 IAC 2-4-7 concerning financial statement. Amends 824 IAC 2-4-14 concerning annual license renewal applications. Amends 824 IAC 2-5-1 concerning requirements for auditors. Amends 824 IAC 2-6-1 concerning audit procedure. Amends 824 IAC 2-9-2 concerning scale ticket contents. Amends 824 IAC 2-14-5 concerning issuance of warehouse receipts to depositors and commodity credit corporation. Amends 824 IAC 2-15-1 concerning procedure for failures or grain shortages. Amends 824 IAC 2-16-1 concerning contents of agency notices when a license is suspended, revoked, or denied. Repeals 824 IAC 2-1-3 concerning "director" defined. Repeals 824 IAC 2-1-6 concerning "official grain standards of the United States" defined. Repeals 824 IAC 2-1-7 concerning "warehouse" defined. Statutory authority: IC 26-3-7-3.
