TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 675 IAC 29 to regulate the design, installation, inspection, use, and maintenance of outdoor event equipment. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2-8.5.
