Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC 7-37-1, 511 IAC 7-45-3, 511 IAC 7-45-7, 511 IAC 7-45-9, 511 IAC 7-45-10, and 511 IAC 7-45-11 to eliminate the board of special education appeals. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-19-2-16.
