TITLE 410 INDIANA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #13-483

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 410 IAC 12.1 to update the rule to include the latest versions of the ASTM International (ASTM) standards that apply to motor fuel, octane and ethanol fuel blends and to update references to sections of the Indiana Code that were repealed. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority: IC 16-44-3-5; IC 16-44-3-6.
