Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 864 IAC 1.1-5-1 and 864 IAC 1.1-5-4 concerning requirements for registration of professional engineers applying by comity.
