Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Registration for Professional Surveyors intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 865 IAC 1-2-1 to simplify the education requirements and put the Indiana requirements more in line with other states. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-21.5-2-14.
