TITLE 511 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #09-995

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC 6.1-1 to change the school improvement and performance categories of "academic watch" and "academic probation" to "D" and "F", respectively, to correspond to the changes to 511 IAC 6.2-6. Amends 511 IAC 6.2-6 to change the five categories of school improvement and performance to "A", "B", "C", "D", and "F". Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-31-4-17; IC 20-31-10-1.
