TITLE 410 INDIANA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Agency Correction LSA Document #10-774(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 410 IAC 6-8.2-56(a), Table II, after "Stream, ditch, or drainage", delete "tile³" and insert "tile⁴".

(2) In 410 IAC 6-8.2-56(a), Table II, in the "Septic Tank, Dosing Tank, Lift Station" column, delete "10⁴" and insert "10⁵".

(3) In 410 IAC 6-8.2-56(a), Footnote 3, after "depression.", delete "See" and insert "⁴See".

(4) In 410 IAC 6-8.2-56(a), Footnote 4, delete "⁴Patios" and insert "⁵Patios".

(5) In 410 IAC 6-8.2-63(b)(8), delete "subdivision" and insert "subdivisions".

(6) In 410 IAC 6-8.2-77(h)(4), delete:

"For the calculation of the total width of the basal area (TW), the following terms are used:

L = length of aggregate bed

TW = total width of basal area

AB = width of aggregate bed

W = total width of basal area minus width of aggregate bed

W/2 = width of basal area on either side of aggregate bed (on sites with slopes < 1/2%)"

and insert:

"For the calculation of the total width of the basal area (W), the following terms are used:

L = length of aggregate bed

AB = width of aggregate bed

W = width of basal area

1/2(W-AB) = width of basal area on either side of aggregate bed (on sites with slopes < 1/2%)

(W-AB) = width of basal area downslope of aggregate bed (on sites with slopes > 1/2%)".
