    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 460 IAC 14 integrating the Home and Community Based Services Waivers approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and administrated by the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) and incorporating the waivers by reference. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-9-2-3; IC 12-11-1.1-9; IC 12-11-2.1-12.
