    Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Insurance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 760 IAC 4 regarding certification and registration requirements, precertification courses of study and examinations, continuing education, duties, conflicts of interest, privacy of consumer information, reporting requirements, enforcement, and other matters relating to a person acting as a navigator and an entity acting as an application organization for a health benefit exchange in Indiana. Written comments should be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 27-19-1-4.
