Agency Correction LSA Document #07-756(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #07-756(F), posted at 20080625-IR-590070756FRA:

(1) In 590 IAC 5-3-1(a)(5), delete "590 IAC 5-3-3" and insert "3".

(2) In 590 IAC 5-3-2, delete "5-3-3" and insert "3".

(3) In 590 IAC 5-4-3(a), delete "between ten thousand (10,000) and thirty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (39,999)" and insert "at least ten thousand one (10,001) but fewer than forty thousand (40,000)".

(4) In 590 IAC 5-4-5(a), delete "under ten thousand (10,000)" and insert "of ten thousand (10,000) or less".

(5) In 590 IAC 5-4-6(a), delete "between ten thousand (10,000) and thirty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (39,999)" and insert "of at least ten thousand one (10,001) but fewer than forty thousand (40,000)".

(6) In 590 IAC 5-4-7(a), delete "below ten thousand (10,000)" and insert "of ten thousand (10,000) or less".
