Extension of Comment Period Deadline

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management gives notice that the end date for public comments for the Updated List of Impaired Waters under Section 303(d) of the CWA, posted at 20091028-IR-318090807ONA, has been extended. The changed public Comment Period Deadline appears below:

Comment Period Deadline

This public comment period will begin on January 27, 2010, and end on February 26, 2010. Comments must be postmarked, hand delivered, or faxed not later than February 26, 2010.

Copies of the Draft 2010 303(d) List are now on file at the Office of Legal Counsel, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Thirteenth Floor East and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
