    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC 6.2-6 to establish placement in performance and improvement categories for elementary, middle, and high schools, to establish the scoring system for category placement based on student performance and improvement in mandatory annual assessments, and to establish growth percentage targets to modify category placement based on the level of growth for all students and certain subgroups of students. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-31-4-17; IC 20-31-10-1.
