Agency Correction LSA Document #11-779(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #11-779(E), posted at 20111228-IR-312110779ERA:

(1) In SECTION 15(c), delete "and across each exposed interval into which injection is occurring within a one-quarter (1/4) mile radius of the well".

(2) In SECTION 20(d)(2), delete "three-three" and insert "thirty-three".
