Temporarily amends 312 IAC 9 governing the taking and possession of sport fish from Tri-County State Fish and Wildlife Area. Effective January 10, 2008.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to 312 IAC 9-7-3, 312 IAC 9-7-4, 312 IAC 9-7-5, 312 IAC 9-7-6, 312 IAC 9-7-9, 312 IAC 9-7-10, 312 IAC 9-7-11, and 312 IAC 9-7-12.

(b) Daily bag limits for sport fish taken from Goldeneye Pond at Tri-County State Fish and Wildlife Area are set as follows:

(1) Twenty (20) catfish of any combination of species and any size.

(2) Two (2) muskellunge of any size.

(3) Six (6) northern pike of any size.

(4) Four (4) black bass of any size.

(5) Fifty (50) crappie.

(6) Fifty (50) redear sunfish.

(7) Fifty (50) rock bass.

(8) Twelve (12) walleye of any size.

SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document expires June 10, 2008.
