Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 17, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room W451A, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to 460 IAC 3.5 to establish service reimbursement rates for providers contracting with the division to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room 451 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
