Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 8-2-3, governing the possession of handguns on DNR properties, and portions of 312 IAC 9, governing the possession of handguns while hunting deer during special youth season, hunting deer by firearms, hunting deer by bow and arrows, chasing raccoons and opossums, and hunting wild turkeys.
