    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Manufactured Home Installer Licensing Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 879 IAC 1-1-7 to define "mobile home". Amends the definition of manufactured home in 879 IAC 1-1-6. Amends 879 IAC 1-6-6, 879 IAC 1-6-8, and 879 IAC 1-7-2 regarding requirements for providers of licensing education and continuing education. Amends 879 IAC 1-8 regarding continuing education requirements for manufactured home installers. Amends 879 IAC 1-9 regarding distance learning continuing education for manufactured home installers.
