TITLE 575 STATE SCHOOL BUS COMMITTEE

Agency Correction LSA Document #15-73(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 575 IAC 1-1-5(d), delete "Optional equipment must be operational at all times." and insert "The revisions of August 14, 2014, apply to all school buses that were ordered for purchase and initially placed in service on or after January 1, 2015.".

(2) In 575 IAC 1-1-5, after subsection (d), insert "(e) Optional equipment must be operational at all times.".

(3) In 575 IAC 1-9-61(b), delete "may" and insert "must".

(4) In 575 IAC 1-9-61(c)(3), delete "43" and insert "16".
