TITLE 513 COMMISSION ON SECLUSION AND RESTRAINT IN SCHOOLS

Agency Correction LSA Document #14-385(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 513 IAC 1-1-10(b), after "(3) equipment; that is used as", delete "prescribed" and insert "authorized".

(2) In 513 IAC 1-1-20(c), delete "this" and delete "of this rule".

(3) In 513 IAC 1-2-9(b)(5) [513 IAC 1-2-9(b)(6)], delete "relevent" and insert "relevant".
