Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

In 329 IAC 10-39-2(a)(5)(F), after "If a permittee using clause (B)(iii) for the financial test has a current bond rating of", delete "BBB" and insert "BBB-".
