Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #12-491(F), posted at 20130619-IR-345120491FRA:

(1) In 345 IAC 2-7-1(19)(D)(ii), delete "I" and insert "is".

(2) In 345 IAC 2-7-4(c)(5), after "Fifth year", insert "status".
