TITLE 327 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD

Agency Correction LSA Document #10-432(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 327 IAC 8-2-40(a)(2)(B), delete "a".

(2) In 327 IAC 8-2.3-2(b)(2)(C), delete "state-approved" and, after "removal", insert "approved by the commissioner".

(3) In 327 IAC 8-2.3-2(b)(3)(B)(iv)(CC), delete "state-approved".

(4) In 327 IAC 8-2.3-2(b)(4)(C), delete "state-approved".

(5) In 327 IAC 8-2.3-4(a)(1)(A)(iii), delete "state-approved".

(6) In 327 IAC 8-2.5-5(a)(20), delete "following" and insert "followed".

(7) In 327 IAC 8-2.5-14(a)(3), after "Table", delete "1" and insert "14".

(8) In 327 IAC 8-2.5-14(a)(3), Table 14 under the column headed "Distribution System Monitoring Location per Monitoring Period", insert "(1)" after each "one" where "(1)" is not present.
