Readopts rules in anticipation of IC 4-22-2.5-2, providing that an administrative rule adopted under IC 4-22-2 expires January 1 of the seventh year after the year in which the rule takes effect unless the rule contains an earlier expiration date. NOTE: IC 4-22-2.5-5 authorizes the Governor to postpone, by executive order, the expiration of rules for one year. Executive Order #09-12, issued December 31, 2009, and posted at 20100113-IR-GOV100002EOA, postponed the expiration of the rules in this document until January 1, 2011. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. NOTE: LSA Document #09-779(F), posted at 20091223-IR-844090779RFA, was not finally adopted by the individual or group of individuals with the statutory authority to adopt rules under IC 25-22.5-2-7, IC 25-27-1-5, and IC 25-27.5-3-5.
