TITLE 820 STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY EXAMINERS

Agency Correction LSA Document #08-935(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #08-935(F), posted at 20100310-IR-820080935FRA:

(1) In 820 IAC 2-2-5(a), after "second attempt on the", delete "cosmetology" and insert "beauty culture professional".

(2) In 820 IAC 2-2-5(a), after "theory of", delete "cosmetology" and insert "beauty culture".

(3) In 820 IAC 3-1-15(b)(6), delete "70%", and insert "seventy percent (70%)".

(4) In 820 IAC 3-1-15(b)(6), delete "10%", and insert "ten percent (10%)".

(5) In 820 IAC 3-1-15(c)(4)(B), delete "tubercularsidal" and insert "tuberculocidal".

(6) In 820 IAC 3-1-15(c)(5)(B)(i), delete "tubercularsidal" and insert "tuberculocidal".

(7) In 820 IAC 3-1-15(c)(5)(B)(ii), delete "10%", and insert "ten percent (10%)".

(8) In 820 IAC 3-1-15(c)(9), delete "tubercularsidal" and insert "tuberculocidal".

(9) In 820 IAC 3-2-9(b)(4)(B), delete "250 degrees", and insert "two hundred fifty (250) degrees Fahrenheit".

(10) In 820 IAC 4-2-6(12), delete "tubercularsidal" and insert "tuberculocidal".

(11) In 820 IAC 4-2-7(b)(13), delete "tubercularsidal" and insert "tuberculocidal".

(12) In 820 IAC 4-2-7(c)(9), delete "powder brow" and insert "brow powder".

(13) In 820 IAC 4-4-4(c)(4), delete "treatments" and insert "performances".

(14) In 820 IAC 4-4-10(d), in the Hair Coloring section, delete "demonstration" and insert "deposit only/demipermanent".

(15) In 820 IAC 4-4-11(d), after "Waxing", delete "100" and insert "110".
