Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-481(F), posted at 20100414-IR-515090481FRA:

(1) In 515 IAC 1-1-96(19), after "under", delete "IC 28-38-1" and insert "IC 20-38-1".

(2) In 515 IAC 1-7-14(h), after "to", delete "the effective date of this section" and insert "July 1, 2010".

(3) In 515 IAC 1-7-14(h), after "after", delete "the effective date of this section" and insert "July 1, 2010".

(4) In 515 IAC 8-1-1.2(e) [sic, 515 IAC 8-1-1.2(d)], after "period", delete "under".

(5) In 515 IAC 8-1-1.7(a)(2), after "Section", delete "8-1-1.8" and insert "1.8".

(6) In 515 IAC 8-1-4.1, after "the", delete "development" and insert "developmental".

(7) In 515 IAC 8-1-18(a)(1), after "teacher [sic, teach]", delete "computer" and insert "driver and traffic safety".

(8) In 515 IAC 8-1-26(b), after "teach", delete "any of the subjects listed in (b) in grades 5-9" and insert "all subjects in the school setting listed on the license".

(9) In 515 IAC 8-1-47(a)(2), after "school", insert "of".

(10) In 515 IAC 8-2-1(b)(2), after "August", delete "21" and insert "31".

(11) In 515 IAC 9-1-2(a), after "level", insert "license".

(12) In 515 IAC 9-1-19(f), after "may", delete "renewal" and insert "renew".

(13) In 515 IAC 9-1-19(f), after "is", delete "pursuing admission to" and insert "enrolled in".

(14) In 515 IAC 10-1-8(a)(2), after "request of the", insert "area".

(15) In 515 IAC 10-1-9(2), delete "The" and insert "A".

(15) In 515 IAC 10-1-14(d), after "approved by the", insert "area".

(17) In SECTION 105, delete "9-1-27 [sic, 515 IAC 9-1-27]".
