Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-220(F), posted at 20091202-IR-326090220FRA:

(1) In 326 IAC 8-1-2, after "Management, Office of", delete "Legal Counsel" and insert "Air Quality".

(2) In 326 IAC 8-1-2, after "North,", delete "Thirteenth" and insert "Tenth".

(3) In 326 IAC 8-1-4(b), after "truck", insert "Primer-Surfacer and".

(4) In 326 IAC 8-1-4(b), delete "450/3-88-018" and insert "453/R-08-002".

(5) In 326 IAC 8-1-4(b), delete "December 1988*." and insert "September 2008*.".

(6) In 326 IAC 8-1-4, in both places it appears, after "Office of", delete "Legal Counsel" and insert "Air Quality".

(7) In 326 IAC 8-1-4, in both places it appears, after "North,", delete "Thirteenth" and insert "Tenth".

(8) In 326 IAC 8-2-2, after "Office of", delete "Legal Counsel" and insert "Air Quality".

(9) In 326 IAC 8-2-2, after "North,", delete "Thirteenth" and insert "Tenth".
