Agency Correction LSA Document #09-768(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references to rules in the Indiana Administrative Code:

In 312 IAC 6-3-3(b), delete "310 IAC 22-1-14" and insert "312 IAC 22-1-14", delete "310 IAC 22" and insert "312 IAC 22", and delete "310 IAC 21" and insert "312 IAC 21".
