Section 920IAC1-1-6. Revocation of permit; notice

Any permit to use the Memorial facilities or auditorium shall be upon the understanding that it may be revoked by the Indiana War Memorials Commission for cause, upon written notification of the organization or persons to whom the permit was granted. Such notification shall state clearly the cause for revocation of the permit.
