Section 915IAC2-1-9. "Superintendent" defined

"Superintendent" means the superintendent of the home who:

(1) has the immediate charge and management of the home;

(2) directs and controls the home's employees; and

(3) superintends the care and management of the residents in the home.

The term includes a designee of the superintendent.
