Section 915IAC2-1-5. "Legal representative" defined

Latest version.

"Legal representative" means a person who is:

(1) a guardian;

(2) a health care representative;

(3) an attorney in fact; or

(4) a person authorized by IC 16-36-1-5 to give health care consent.
