Section 915IAC1-1-7. Discharge of service officers or employees

   If, in the judgment of the Commission of the Department of Veterans' Affairs, any District, County or City Service Officer or employee shall have been determined to have violated any of the rules adopted by the Commission, or otherwise disqualified himself, or in the judgment of the Commission is unfit to perform the duties of his office or employment, the Commission may recommend to the appointing agencies of such officer or employee to his employer that such person be discharged from such office or employment.
