Section 915IAC1-1-5. Confidentiality of information received by service officers or employees; exception

Except under the compulsion of the process or order of a court or other public agency having power of subpoena, no State, District, County or City Service Officer or employee shall divulge to any person other than the claimant, his attorney at law or in fact, or a person authorized in writing by the claimant, or to other officers or employees of the State, District, County or City Veterans' Affairs offices, or the employees or officers of the Veterans' Administration of the United States, any information given to such Service Officer or acquired by him in the performance of his duty in regard to any such claim.
