Pursuant to Rule 28(F) of the Indiana Rules of Procedure as adopted by the Indiana supreme court, whenever a public hearing is held before an administrative law judge pursuant to this rule, parties shall be entitled to all discovery provisions of Rules 26 through 37 of the Indiana Rules of Procedure.
