Section 910IAC1-2-9. Ruling on prehearing motions and petitions

  •    When a party files a prehearing motion or petition, and a presiding officer has not been appointed, the chair, vice chair, or, if both are unavailable, any commissioner, shall rule on the motion or petition. If a presiding officer has been appointed pursuant to this article, the presiding officer shall rule on the motion or petition.
