Section 910IAC1-17-1. Telephonic hearings

  •    The commission, in its discretion, may hold a public hearing by telephone on the issue of whether an order of the commission should be set aside on grounds that a party did not receive sufficient notice of a finding, notice, order, or other document. The commission shall not exercise its discretion to hold a hearing telephonically where to do so would unduly prejudice a party.
