Section 910IAC2-2-9. Discrimination in residential real estate related transactions

(a) This section provides ICRC's interpretation of the conduct that is unlawful housing discrimination under IC 22-9.5-5-6.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person or other entity whose business includes engaging in a residential real estate related transaction to discriminate against any person in making available such a transaction, or in the terms or conditions of such a transaction because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
