Section 910IAC2-1-2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this article:

(1) "Director" means the director of the Indiana civil rights commission or a designee.

(2) "ICRC" means the Indiana civil rights commission.

(3) "Handicap" or "handicapped" means disabled or disability.
